From Modest Beginnings to Empowering Future Real Estate Leaders

Founded by Shannon Blackwood, who was born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama, P.A.S.S. Real Estate School embodies the fulfillment of a lifelong dream. Shannon, now residing in Huntsville, was first licensed in real estate in 2002. Inspired from her first day in a real estate pre-license class, she was determined to someday share her enthusiasm and expertise by founding her own school.

About

P.A.S.S. Real Estate School

Shannon Blackwood's passion for real estate education and her commitment to excellence are at the core of P.A.S.S. Real Estate School. After obtaining her initial real estate license in 2002, she envisioned creating an environment that nurtures and empowers aspiring real estate professionals. This vision led to the opening of P.A.S.S. Real Estate School with a ribbon-cutting ceremony in December of 2022. Despite beginning with just one student in January 2023, Shannon's dynamic teaching style and dedication quickly attracted a growing number of students.

Building on a Solid Foundation

Shannon's approach to real estate education combines in-depth industry knowledge with a commitment to student success, making her classes both informative and transformative. Her credentials are further solidified by her ARELLO certification for distance education, ensuring that P.A.S.S. Real Estate School utilizes the best practices in online learning.

Our Commitment to Excellence

At P.A.S.S. Real Estate School, we are dedicated to creating a supportive community where students can learn, grow, and succeed in the competitive field of real estate. Under Shannon’s guidance, the school has flourished, expanding its offerings and impacting the lives of many aspiring brokers and agents. Shannon looks forward to continuing to inspire and mentor her students, helping them to achieve their career goals in real estate.
