¿Quiénes pueden inscribirse?
Para solicitar una licencia de vendedor de bienes raíces en Alabama, los estudiantes deben cumplir con los requisitos básicos establecidos por AREC, entre ellos:
Tener al menos 19 años de edad.
Haber obtenido un diploma de escuela secundaria, un certificado de equivalencia (GED) o un nivel de educación superior.
Ser ciudadano de los Estados Unidos o encontrarse legalmente autorizado para vivir en los Estados Unidos y poder presentar la documentación correspondiente cuando sea requerida.
Requisitos del curso
Compra del libro de texto requerida: Se requiere el libro Modern Real Estate Practice, 21st Edition. Este libro está disponible únicamente en inglés y no existe una versión en español. El libro cubre todo el contenido nacional necesario para los exámenes de pre-licencia y de corredor. El libro puede adquirirse a través de Amazon.
Se requiere una cuenta de Gmail: Los estudiantes deben tener una cuenta de Gmail para acceder a los materiales del curso, completar tareas y comunicarse con la instructora a través de Google Classroom.
¿Qué incluye el curso?

Instrucción y orientación profesional para ayudarle a prepararse para una carrera en bienes raíces.
Un certificado de finalización al completar satisfactoriamente todos los requisitos del curso, lo que le permitirá continuar con el proceso de inscripción para el examen estatal.

La instrucción del curso se impartirá principalmente en español, con explicaciones y terminología en inglés cuando sea necesario. Sin embargo, el libro de texto, los cuestionarios, el examen parcial, el examen final del curso y los exámenes estatal y nacional para obtener la licencia están disponibles únicamente en inglés. No existe una versión en español de estos materiales o exámenes.
